Am I eligible for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits? This Live activity, What to Expect in the Medical Mission Trip, with a beginning date of 10/12/2019, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 6.00 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 3.) Where can I purchase tickets? Tickets can be purchased securely online by October 10, 2019 or at the door on the day of the conference. Tickets purchased at the door will be an additional $10 to the online prices. 4.) Who are the speakers and what time will they be speaking? Please refer to the conference schedule. Please note that the schedule, program, topics, and speakers are subject to change. 5.) Will programs and schedules be available at the conference? There will be signs to guide attendees during the conference. However, printouts from FPMM will not be available as an effort to be more eco-friendly. A PDF document with the day's schedule will be available for download from the event registration page, which attendees can print if needed. 6.) Can I bring my children? All attendees will be required to purchase tickets. 7.) Will food be provided? Tickets to the conference will also include breakfast, lunch, and snacks. 8.) Who could attend the conference? The conference is open to all who are interested in participating, organizing, supporting, and learning more about medical missions to the Philippines. However, this will also serve as a general orientation for FPMM volunteers at the upcoming Catarman 2020 medical mission, so volunteer attendance is strongly encouraged. |
